      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Create an arrow annotation without measurement.
      • Ensure the annotation is saved.
      • Click on the arrow annotation to edit it.
      • Add measurement to the arrow annotation via the dedicated toolbar.
        => There is no way to save these changes.
