Integrate document difference with Arender diff

Arender allows for document/file difference.

We need to leverage this arender feature with our arender integration.

Proposed solution
On arender addon, done on the context of NXP-25071, there is the possibility to produce an URL to an UI that compares two files.

Build a custom comparison element for blobs that will use this arender integration.
The element:

• Adds a button to the current comparison (on two columns, should appear on the right of the right one, to appear centered).
• Clicking the button will open a dialog with only an Iframe to the GET arender comparison URL.
