As a user I can see the in-app notifications - corner popup

Where:

• in the top corner right of the app for instance (mockup TBD)
• Display once a notification not read has been found

Template content:

• name of the object
• the action that triggered the notif
• who triggered
• link to the object

Once the object has been 'clicked', mark 'read'.
