      Description

      Downgrade MongoDb Atlas instance for nbm-prod to M30 Will upgrade back to m50 when needed.
      Downgrade ES cluster to 3 X m4.large.elasticsearch
      On OpenShift side will downgrade from 6 X m4.xlarge to 3 X m4.xlarge ( Damien Metzler)

      Both involve data migration.

      We should also add detailed documentation on this as the exact steps will be taken for an upgrade of an env.
