Detect user timezone, and ask him to update it "ala gmail"

Whenever a user navigates on the app, the system detects the current timezone of the browser and if it is different than the timezone setup in the user settings, a notification appears to offer the user to update its time-zone with the current one of the browser.

AC:

• The application detects when the current time-zone is different than the one set up in the user settings
• When the user validates the change, the time-zone is updated in the user settings and the message is no longer displayed
