As a user I can manage my notification settings

Location of the screen: TBD

Display:

• I have a settings screen where I can turn default notifs for objects on/off (default notifs to be defined)

Options:

• I can state how I want to receive notifs (email, app inbox)
• i can state how often I want to be notified (for scheduled notifs)
• I can state for what events I want to be notified.
• I can define these parameters for items I've favorited, too; display TBD
• i can turn off notifications with a single selection

List of Events:

• @ notif
• Task assignment
• Project adding

Do we include the events of the reports (scheduled one) too? TBD
