as a user with write permissions I can attach files to a task

regardless of what the task is bound to, I can add attachments, which are links to other repo content

tasks on attached files appear on the baord of the object bound to the task as well as the linked object
The attachment can be any type of document
I can unlink/unattach the object(s)
