as a project manager, on "my projects" dashboard, I can see projects by state

      Description

      to help distinguish between projects in the various states (including Draft and In Progress, but to also include "future" states like "archived"), I see tabs to filter the projects by state.

      My default view is In Progress state. I also have a tab to show all states if I want to.
