Navigating to a deliverable right after having created a new deliverable or deleted one does not work

This happens in 2 situations, see gifs:
1) On creation:

• Navigate to an existing project that has some deliverables
• Create a new Deliverable, "Deliv-1"
• Right after creation, click on "Deliv-1", you actually get redirected to one of the existing deliverables

2) On removing a deliv

• Go to a project with some existing deliverables
• Delete first deliverable ( wait for the page to be refreshed)
• Click on the deliv that is now the first one => the navigation does not work ( it tries to navigate to the deliv that was deleted)
