include comments in quick search scope/results

as part of the quick search, we should include comments in the scope.
in a new column display of results, (Tom)

in the results, we should have a new section labeled "Comments". for a comment object, we see a thumbnail of a "comment" icon (verify design with Carolina, but could be a simple comment bubble icon)
