Cloud front improvments : caching, alerts, etc

      Description

      Now that we start to have some data from CF, we should:

      • check that the caching if configured on static resources ( images, etc)
      • set up some alerts ( or throttle) depending the number of requests => so we know when there is a peak of users/ we might need to scale up the env ( we can also look on how to automatically invoke pipeline to scaleup from lambda) ( right now the throttling rates are pretty high in WAF > 2000 requests)
