Lambda deployment: Build a pipeline that pushes the lambda zip into the s3 repository

Currently we manually build and upload the code for lambda for thumbanils generation to the 'nbm-int-lambda-functions' ( or the corresponding one in a different region) bucket. This should be done with a job
