Add deliverables in the dashboard

The goal would be to find a way of beautifying the aspect of dashboard (cosmetic and in functionality of overview):

• Adding deliverables view in the dashboard is a priority
• Trying to find a layout enough organized to not loose them (like putting the comments on the left deliverables on the right even if the space of the left page is narrow)
