as a user, I can playback aiff audio files in browser

within nuxeo, we rely on the browser for playback of audio files. This works for many "mainstream" formats, but not more complex/uncompressed formats like aiff. I would like to support audio files in a more "traditional" nuxeo way using formal transformations avialbe in ffmpeg. I am not certain the format that would be most prevalent for playback in browser, but I think mp3 is likely acceptable.
