POC Project Navigation

1) As a user, when I'm on a project page, I can see the left menu for navigating and displaying:

• Overview
• Deliverables
• Sources
• Background Documents
• Activity
• Members
• Settings

2) As a user I can navigate via the URLs to those different items:

• Overview: projectURL - displaying the main nuxeo-document-layout
• For other items: projectURL@otheritem - displaying the 'otheritem' nuxeo-document-layout

3) As a user when navigating to those different items, I can see the different pages:

• Overview (main project page)
• Activity (nbm-history.html)
• Deliv, Sources, Background (new component to display results from query on project)
• Members and Settings (TBD)
