Release NBM 0.3

Check the following:

• ffmpeg deployed in nuxeo docker image, remove it from our side
  If we move to a newer date based release on Nuxeo:
• remove libs for json logging from our MP if NXP-25096 merged
• check improvements done on S3 direct upload, update nuxeo.conf and cf template for NXP-24754
• upgrade cf stack for https://github.com/nuxeo/nuxeo-brand-management/commit/05e55b82b059ed0ae3e900b400e94b887d976e72 and cloud front
• merge changes from NBM-677 for ES 6.2
