As a tenant admin or project manager, I can delete projects and their content.

As a manager:

• I hover on a project card on my dashboard and can see a trashcan to delete (move to trash) a project and ALL of its content.
• Including a confirm popup (with a message stating this will delete the project and all of it's content including deliverables, deliverable items, and objects located in the source containers)

As a Project Manager, I can only delete projects I am the PM on. As a Tenant Admin, I can delete all projects.
