See a static card that contains "Deliverable Information" including the Deliverable name, the deliverable type and information on the current task, including the task name, the task assignee, the due date, any message, and if the task assigned to me, the options for "completing" the task.
(only the project admin should be able to edit this information)
See tab for Details (default tab).
this tab shows the deliverable items organized in their folders by state.

If no content is available yet, we see a nice, encouraging message in the center frame (to be filled by a vocabulary "Encouragement")

- All the cards are collapsed by default
- All the deliverable items are ordered by status
- Three tabs are available: Details, Magic and Activity
- When no content is displayed, the encouraging message must be displayed in the center frame
