Non project members should not see the 'Edit' and 'Upload' buttons on the project view page

Steps:

• create a new project, submit it and define the visibility to 'Everyone'
• create a few Deliverables and Deliverable Items
• connect as a member not added to the project
  => The buttons 'Edit' and 'Upload' on each Deliverable items row should be hidden
  => The buttons 'Edit' on each Deliverable should be hidden
  => The buttons 'Add deliverable item' and 'Copy last deliverable item' should be hidden
