folder expander is out of sync

on a deliverable view, when I click on a deliverable item to put it in focus, the work in progress folder expands to show the deliverable item location, however the arrow expander does not point down (it stays pointed right as if it's "closed"). At this point, the arrow is out of sync. It still works to collapse/expand, but now facing right is "open" and facing down is "closed"
