Minor activity "rolls up" in the system
On the "all" tab, we see all history and comments by default

- I see a list of the activity in order (newest to oldest) all with timestamps
- I see items "grouped" by "Today" and "Yesterday" and then with the date of the activity (not on mockup, but consider how slack does it)
- activity on objects includes a thumbnail of the object, a clickable title of the object (to go to the object) and the action that occurred.
- comments (including annos) on objects show the commentor's avatar, a clickable title of the object (to go to the object) and whether it was a reply or a comment.
If I click on any of the "items" in the list, I go to where that activity happened (i.e. since this is a rollup of the activity, if I click on a comment to a deliverable, I go to where that comment was made on the deliverable object)
AC:
- as a member, I can see all the audit and comments activity in the 'All' tab for the current document
