As a project admin, I can write to the xmp metadata of a file when xmp values are changed on an asset.

For Additional Information for an asset that is derived from xmp parsing of a file, when the Proj Admin edits any of the values, the system should write changes back to the xmp value of the file so that the information is maintained on download.
