      Description

      Currently the OpenShift build does not use an explicit Jenkins pipeline deployment as there was no need to begin with:

      • a commit on QA -> triggers a build - triggers a deployment
        But as OpenShift origin does not allow for Notifications on events, we can create a dedicated jenkins pipeline for the build and to add notifications in here
