Improve navigation between projects and deliverables

We have identified a few glimpses when navigating between projects and deliverables:

• when the project-page or deliverable-page is first loaded, the nuxeo-document-layout displays a 404 until the current document is fetched from the server
• data from the previous document are displayed for a few milliseconds before having the real metadata of the current document
