As a member on a deliverable view, if the blob exists, I can select a deliverable item to isolate information of that file.

• When I click on the blob in the justified grid in central frame or the card or thumbnail of a deliverable item, the preview for the item is now in the central frame of the view.

• if I clicked the object from the central frame, the card for the defined object is now in view on the right.

• the justified grid slides down the frame and I can select from there to change the focus.

If no blob exists, you can't select (for now, future releases will have a different behavior)

When I select a deliverable item,

• the title bar now shows the name of the selected item.
• Next to the file, I see the current version number (story on version policy to follow)
• Next to the version number, I see the dropdown pattern we've established. In the dropdown, I have access to the previous versions (story on version behavior to follow), along with actions that can be completed on the item (if any)

AC:

• if no binary exists, you can't select any deliverable item
• when a user clicks on a thumbnail in the justify grid, the binary is displayed in the preview area above the justified grid
• when a user clicks on a thumbnail in the right panel, the binary is displayed in the preview area above the justified grid
• when a binary is in focus, the corresponding deliverable item must be in focus in the right panel (if it's in a collapsed panel, it must be expanded and others panels must be collapsed)
