Review test data and user roles management

User Management should look like:

• Application Admin: (tenant admin) the guy who registered the app. Able to manage user, and part of project admins group as well. Should not be able to do the same stuff than a legal user.
• Project Admins (aka Marketing director or project manager): Group of user that can create a new project, and as well be selected as "project admin" on a specific project
• Project member: any tenant's user can be member
• Member: anyone on the tenant
