As a Project Admin I set information for where/when content will be published

      select Target(s)
      for each target set start date and end date

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • When expanding row of a new Deliverable Item, I have a 'Add publishing info' option
      • A new section is displayed to fill the 'Where' and two date fields for the 'When'
      • The information defined are stored on the Deliverable Item created
