As a project admin I can edit deliverable information on a deliverable before I create my project

      Description

      in the project create view, once a deliverable is defined, I can still edit deliverable information.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • When I click on the 'Edit' button, The deliverable is expanded by default and all the existing Deliverable Items (size/type) are editable.
      • When I click on the Edit button I can also modify the Publication info.
      • In Edit mode, when I click on 'Cancel', all the modifications are canceled
      • In Edit mode, when I click on 'Save', all the modifications are saved and the Deliverable Items are updated
      • The type of the Deliverable can not be changed ( as the previously created items already depend on this type)
      • I can only add items ( see the + for adding items) only when the deliverable is in edit mode
