Fix collections core bundle deployment in unit tests

For instance, in com.nuxeo.brand.management.tests.TenantTest, the org.nuxeo.ecm.platform.collections.core is not deployed correctly because no Collections doc type is found.

This fix would avoid logs pollution for this unit test.
