As a Project Admin I can add project background documents to the Project

      Select the type of background document from vocabulary

      Those attached files will have to be previewed in the UI.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • You can drag and drop in the zone to files
      • It opens a popup with two fields per file uploaded: Title and Type
      • In the popup, there is also a drop zone
      • For each uploaded file, the icon of the mime-type is displayed
