As a user, when creating or updating a Deliverable, I can define the title of the Deliverable

As a user, when I create or update the binary of the deliverable, the filename of the binary and the title of the Deliverable document should be same. Which means:

• Whenever a deliverable is created by drag and drop, the filename is used to fill the title metadata of the document (existing behavior)
• On the edit dialog, a user can update the title of the deliverable and the filename (if any) must be updated with the new value
• When using the upload dialog, the filename field is pre-defined with the title of the document value. If the user defines a new value, it replaces the title and is used as the filename for the new uploaded binary
• When downloading the binary of a Deliverable, the filename should match the title of the document + the extension
