when importing tasks, deleted tasks are imported

to replicate..
on stage, as michele,
go to any project, delete the tasks.
go to a new project and import the tasks from the previous project.
you will get all the tasks imported regardless of deleted state .

We should not import deleted tasks as part of the import process.
