when deleteting objects, must refresh page between deletes for the second one to work

i've seen this on the task board and on the deliverable sets page. you can delete an object just fine, but if you try to delete another one, you can't without a refresh of the page. These seems particularly the case when deleting objects left to right (I will add a screencast)
