login using on stage, logging in to the adobe connector (typing username and password) does not direct properly

connecting to the stage server with the adobe connector, after typing in the username and password, the auth panel does not close (and populate the connector panel) rather it keeps the "browser" view in the auth screen and shows me the web view. If I use oauth (michele's account is tied to my nuxeo account) it works as expected, the auth window closes and the adobe connector loads with content.
