Use AWS rekognition to detect unsafe content

Should not allow anyone to upload explicit nudity,. etc:

• check for images
• check what we can do for videos: maybe on the generated story board?

How do we handle this:
=> either we delete it or we make it visible only to that user only ( probably delete since like that it can not be published on FB)
