User is allowed to call Reindex action multiple times even when the dialog box is already opened

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to https://ui-2023-test.beta.nuxeocloud.com/nuxeo/nuxeoadmin/

      2. Log in as Administrator

      3. Navigate to Elasticsearch Index-> NXQL Query Tab

      4. Enter an in valid input query & click the Reindex button multiple times 

      5. Observe that there are multiple pop-ups displayed 

      Note: This issue exists for Reindex button in all 3 tabs 

      Expected result: 
      User should not be allowed to click Reindex button again after clicking once. 

      Actual result:  
      User is allowed to call Reindex action multiple times even when the dialog box is already opened
