Admin console - Confirmation request

As a system administrator, I am requested to confirm any action that could be long lasting or impact performance

When a confirmation is required, format is displayed as following:

I can continue (performs action) or cancel (cancels action)

Time is defined in number of seconds using the formula: number of documents / [REFERENCE POINT].

While the document count is being retrieved, a spinner is displayed

• Users can not trigger the action until the document count is displayed to avoid them triggering a long-running action if they didn't expect it
