Information text in probes section is not readable on resizing browser window

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://ui-2023-test.beta.nuxeocloud.com/nuxeo/nuxeoadmin/

2. Log in as Administrator

3. Observe user is already navigated to Home tab 

4. Reduce the window size both horizontally & vertically 

5. Observe the long texts displayed in Information column for Probes (Ex: s3BinaryManagerStatus, remoteSQLStorageSessions)

Note: This issue exists for all 3 browsers 

Expected result: 
Texts displayed in Information column for Probes should be readable using scroll bars in in any resized window 

Actual result:  
The long texts displayed in Information column for Probes are not readable.
