Focus moves to Bulk Action ID field when user clicks Refresh button & closes the toast message

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to https://ui-2023-test.beta.nuxeocloud.com/nuxeo/nuxeoadmin/

      2. Log in as Administrator

      3. Navigate to Elasticsearch Reindex -> Document tab 

      4. Enter a valid ID and click Reindex

      5. Click See Status

      6. Once navigated to Bulk Monitoring screen, Click refresh button and Observe 

      7. The focus moves to Bulk Action ID field and it displays mandatory error 
      8. Click refresh button again & close the toast message "Information Updated" and observe 

      9. The focus moves to Bulk Action ID field and it displays mandatory error 

      Expected result: 
      The focus should stay on Refresh button 
      In case of Toast Message, focus should not be there on any element 

      Actual result: The focus moves to Bulk Action ID field and it displays mandatory error
