      Description

      As a user being logged in to the admin console, I can logout.

      • Top banner displays on the top right hand corner:
        • Logged in as USERNAME
        • A logout button next to it
      • Username is sanitized to prevent XSS issues
      • Logout button takes me to the nuxeo logout URL (SERVER_URL/logout)
