Admin console - Deep linking to bulk action monitoring

As a system administrator, I can instantly monitor the status of a bulk action I triggered.

Context:

Currently with NAC-135 and NAC-138, monitoring a bulk action requires to copy its id, to navigate to the bulk action monitoring page, to paste it, and to submit the form.

We want to make this process more efficient by providing a direct access from the bulk action confirmation to its monitoring.

AC

• When a bulk action is triggered, a button is available: "See status"
• When clicking the button:
  • I am taken to the bulk action monitoring page
  • The form is already submitted with the corresponding action id
  • The behavior is similar as if I did this action manually, this is purely a shortcut for efficiency
