Admin console - Single doc thumbnail generation

As a system administrator, I can recompute the thumbnail of a single document

Thumbnails endpoint
https://doc.nuxeo.com/rest-api/1/thumbnails-endpoint/

Useful if thumbnail generation was disabled or failed.
