Fix the on-screen scroll bars that are visible.

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to https://ui-2023-test.beta.nuxeocloud.com/nuxeo/nuxeoadmin/

      2. Login as Administrator

      3. Navigate to Home tab

      4. Observe that the vertical and horizontal scroll bars are visible on screen.

      Expected result: For the data that is fitted on screen, the scroll bars are not visible.

      Actual result:  For the data that is fitted on screen, the scroll bars are visible.

      Note:
      1. Sometimes you need to change screen size to reproduce the issue.
      2. This issue only exists for Chrome browser (working fine with Firefox & Safari)
