Admin console - Detailed probes status

As a system administrator, I can see the status of all my probes

Context: custom probes can be configured, and we do not know which ones the customer may have created. This is more detailed information that should be available on demand.

An option is provided:

Tab name: "Probes"
Title: "Probes status"

All probes are displayed, in a similar manner as the main ones described in story [PROBES-SUMMARY]
