LiveEdit doesn't work with Office 2013 and Firefox

      Description

      When clicking a document's Live Edit button on Nuxeo, the following error appears:

      "Cannot read bootstrap from server"

      This only happens with Firefox + MS Office 2013: the plugin works fine for Office 2013 with other browsers (tested with IE & Chrome), and on Firefox for older Office versions.
