Manage folders drag and drop

Since HTML5 doesn't allow to manage folder, make the plugin do it.
For Nuxeo >= 5.4.2, it must no more be deactivated but simply ignore dropped files and catch dropped folders, create them then recursively call the Javascript for each file.
