Fix registry entries for OOo and MSO

For OOo, current entries in Windows registry make webengine sites crash in MSIE with the message "The HTTP header field "Accept" with value..."

These entries should have the same structure as the ones for MS Office
application/x-nuxeo-liveedit;extXX="application!vnd.oasis.xxxx"

For MSO, we need more consistency: use different extension number for each entry
