Accept XLSM document in LiveEdit

To avoid this message "File downloaded seems to have a Microsoft Office extension (xlsm) and a mimetype that not describes Microsoft Office document : application/vnd.ms-excel.sheet.macroEnabled.12", we need to add a new case in LiveEdit to open and edit this document type
