Add a maximum size to the "file name" when users create a document with Live Edit

When users create a document with Live Edit, the file name is the same as the document title by default and there is no size limit. But if the file name is too long, people get an error message when they try to open it after saving it locally (they don't if they open it with Live Edit however).
