Error message displayed when user clicks on "Save in Nuxeo" button

When user clicks on the "Save in Nuxeo" button in the Add-ins toolbar, he gets an error message saying that it couldn't save and that the document may have not been loaded by Live Edit.
But the document is actually saved in Nuxeo.
